Return Policy
Customers requesting to return an item must do so within 30 days of the delivery date of the item. Depending on the reason for the return, the customer may be eligible for a refund or store credit.

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. If it is determined that the issue is on our end, a refund will be offered. Kindly allow 10 business days after our receipt of the returned item for the issue to be reviewed and resolved. |

Size Change |
Please try on items upon receipt and notify us if you need a different size. In these circumstances, you will need to ship the original item back to us and, once we've received and reviewed the original item, a replacement item in the updated size will be shipped to you. |
| Changed Mind |
Please review your order upon receipt. If you've changed your mind about an item, you will need to ship the item back to us. Once we've received the item, a store credit minus a flat $5 restocking fee, will be issued. 1. Customer pays $25 for item; 2. Customer no longer wants item; 3. Customer requests a return through Return Process (see below); 4. Assuming item meets eligibility criteria for return, customer ships item back to Sneakers and Sweatpants (SNS); 5. Upon SNS receipt and review of item, customer receives a $20 store credit (original price of $25 minus $5 restocking fee). |
Please note that certain items cannot be returned, including:

- Items listed as FINAL SALE
- Gift Cards

Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:
- Timing: You must contact us to request a return within 30 days of the delivery date of the item. Contact us at contact@sneakersandsweatpants.com to begin the return request process.
- Condition of Item: The item to be returned must be in the same condition as that in which you received it: unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
- Proof of Purchase: You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Return Process
- Email us at contact@sneakersandsweatpants.com with the following order information: Order Number, Item you wish to return.
- We will confirm the details of your return request.
- If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package.
- We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return.

| Misprinted, Damaged or Defective Item | If it is determined that the issue is on our end, you’ll be automatically refunded the full amount of the item to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. |
